Ms. Williams, business nominee, is an Attorney-at-Law, with the Law Office of Beverly A. Williams & Associates, with an emphasis in Intellectual Property Copyright law. Ms. Williams has over 28 years of experience in private practice of law and is currently providing legal services in business transaction law. Ms. Williams is a member of the California Bench and Bar Coalition, California Association of Black Lawyers, Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, John M. Langston Bar Association, Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law and the NBA. She is a Board member of the Tarzan Community and Cultural Center. She was appointed to the L.A County Workforce Investment Board in July 5, 2006, on the recommendation of L.A. County Supervisor Yvonne B. Burke of the Second Supervisorial District.
