      Delvin “Del” Walker
  
       
 
  Mr. Walker, business nominee, is the President/Chief Executive Officer of Buildmasters, Inc. He has over 25 years experience as a small business owner in the construction industry. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Black Professional Engineers. Mr. Walker was appointed to the L.A County Workforce Investment Board in August 5, 2003.
