Dr. Neder, business member, has been a business owner (Full Spectrum Technologies, LLC and Remington Publications) and executive since 1979. Dr. Neder was a member of the former L.A. County Private Industry Council and was appointed to the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board in May 2000. Dr. Neder has over 28 years experience in the business world, working with over 200 top companies in high-tech automation, sales and marketing, management and interpersonal relationships. He is an author, lecturer, and talk-show host, and has also worked extensively within the community through service on numerous boards and commissions throughout the Los Angeles Area.
