Mr. Luk, business member, is the President of ACI International Real Estate Brokerage and was appointed to the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board in April 8, 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Luk past and present professional and business affiliation include: Central City Association of Los Angeles; Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce; Commissioner – Vice President, City of Los Angeles Metro Area Planning; Commissioner – L.A. Convention and Exhibition Center Authority; Board member of the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood. Mr. Luk brings to the L.A. County WIB over 25 years of experience in real estate, construction, and business operations.
