Mr. Kral was appointed Secretary of the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board on July 1, 2008. Mr. Kral, business member, is a self-employed consultant. His former business/professional experience include: Regional Vice President of First Health Strategies for 25 years, and Partner of Steve Kral Corporation General Contractors. He formerly served as the District Chairman of Associated General Contractors Association, President for Underground Engineering Contractors Association, and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Mr. Kral was appointed to the L.A. County WIB in November 8, 2006, on the recommendation of L.A. County Supervisor Michael Antonovich of the Fifth Supervisorial District. |
