Mr. Kain, Regional Workforce Group representative, is the Executive Director of SASSFA. Mr. Kain has over 20 years in the social services field, working with diverse populations, including at-risk youth, individuals with addition issues, individuals with disabilities, the aged, and individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. He is also a Pico Rivera Rotary Member, and a committee member of the Salvation Army Transitional Living Center Advisory Committee. Mr. Kirk was appointed to the L.A County Workforce Investment Board in June 21, 2005. |
