Mr.
Chang, business member, is the President/CEO of East Valley Hospital Medical Center. He was appointed to the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Board on November 6, 2007. Mr. Chang’s professional affiliations include: Member, American College of Healthcare Executives and member, Elected Board of Education, San Marino Unified School District. Mr. Chang brings 20+ years of experience in the hospital management industry, having worked in 8 different hospitals as an healthcare executive. Mr. Chang is also a past member of the board of directors of the San Marino Chamber of Commerce and the Glendora Chamber of Commerce.
