Mr. Carrillo, Los Angeles County Community Development Commission representative, is the Director of Economic Development and Redevelopment of the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission. Mr. Carrillo was appointed to the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board in April 9, 2001. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of CALED, and is a member of the Community Redevelopment Association. Mr. Carrillo has 20 years of public sector economic development and redevelopment experience and seven years of private sector real estate development experience.
