Mr. Baugham, business member, was recently appointed to the position of President of the World Trade Center Association, Los Angeles-Long Beach. Mr. Baugham is a 30-year veteran of the international trade industry. Prior to his recent appointment, Mr. Baugham was a Senior Regional Manager with Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation, and Director of Business Assistance at the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. Mr. Baugham is a member of the Board of Directors of the Irwindale Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Baugham was appointed to the L.A. County WIB in September 7, 2004. |
