Mr. Anderson, Title V representative, is a retiree who has held top management positions in employment and training and in the field of human services, for over thirty-five (35) years. He was a member of the former L.A. County Private Industry Council, which transitioned into the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board in 2000. Mr. Anderson was appointed to the L.A. County WIB in 2000. Mr. Anderson is the President of the Los Angeles County Commission on Aging, he also serves on the Access Services, Inc. Community Advisory Committee; San Gabriel Taiwanese Lions Club; California Congress for Seniors; AARP; National Association of Workforce Boards; and National Association of Counties. Mr. Anderson is a strong advocate for Mature Workers and was instrumental in the establishment of the L.A. County WIB Mature Workers Council, the first to be established among the national workforce investment boards.
