      Honorable John C. Addleman
  
       
 
  Mayor Addleman, business member, is the Mayor of the City of Rolling Hills Estates and a self-employed management consultant with over 38 years of management experience in the financial industry. He is also a member of the League of California Cities, California Contract Cities, and the Joint Powers Insurance Association. He was appointed to the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board in May 2003, on the recommendation of L.A. County Supervisor Don Knabe, Fourth Supervisorial District.
